Either your product is still under warranty (2-years) or is no longer so. In any case, contact your local dealer and the defective product will be sent to NV for analysis. Your dealer will be sent a quote with the most suitable technical solution.

In accordance with articles L.211-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, the seller must deliver a product that complies with the contract and is liable for any conformity defects on delivery of the goods.
Thus, in accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, the article you have selected is guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for 2 years from the date of delivery. It is also guaranteed against hidden defects.
These warranties do not apply in the event of misuse, wear or damage resulting from improper use of the product.
If your product is defective or does not conform, please do not hesitate to return it to NV’s After-Sales Service or to your nearest dealer. You will need to provide your warranty certificate and proof of purchase. After verification and in accordance with the provisions of articles L.211-9 and L.211-10 of the French Consumer Code, the defective goods will be repaired or replaced.
