Where can I find the traceability number on my boat canvas? What’s it for?
If or when you request a replacement canvas, make a complaint or do a spare parts search, your retailer will ask you for the traceability number.
This number indicates the technical reference of your NV equipment and guarantees that it is an NV original part. Your order can only be processed by your retailer once the product identification on your boat has been confirmed by NVequipment.
Where can I find this traceability number?
You will find it on a label sewn onto the back of the canvas or in a sheath.
Arches carry a transparent label glued to one of the feet.
If the label is missing or has faded over time, your retailer will ask you for photos:
– A general view of the product on the boat, taken if possible from the side with the arches;
– A second photo taken inside the product with the arches;
– A photo of a detail or other element that identifies the product as an NV original and not customized.
