To ensure the quality and sustainability of our products, NV carries out all its manufacturing in its workshops in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, in western France.
100% French manufactured, with schedule and delivery management for our customers, boat builders, rental companies and retailers. Unique know-how has been handed down from generation to generation, with total mastery of the production chain.
We partner with suppliers (Sunbrella, Serge Ferrari) whose ambitions are aligned with those of NV: French manufacturing and reducing their environmental footprint.
Our company is committed to the environment, and has a decarbonation target for the year 2027. We will save energy, recycle our waste, promote short circuits… we will implement several measures to reduce our carbon footprint by up to 15%.

Responsible manufacture of boat covers to upgrade your equipment
To make our boat covers, we’ve chosen flexible materials that are meticulously crafted, from cutting to assembly, right through to checking the finish, every step of the way by our expert operators.
Recycle. Reuse. Give a second lease of life to offcuts
As well as production, we do our utmost to optimize and reduce fabric waste. Several measures have been put in place.
- Internally, a young part-time student suggested using offcuts to make upcycled storage bags. A small group did a study, and developed the first prototypes which proved conclusive. The bags should be launched in 2025, when all boat owners will get a recycled bag with every purchase.
- Nvequipment is providing local elementary schools with fabric offcuts for their arts and crafts activities.
- NV and MyBac, a young start-up near our workshops, has decided to combine their strengths to bring a responsible commitment to life.
+ Promoting sustainable development, MyBac gives a second life to new industrial offcuts to create unique, eco-responsible products. By using these materials, we are helping to reduce waste and promote more conscious consumption.
